Changing permissions of /u01/app/oraInventory.

Adding read,write permissions for group.

Removing read,write,execute permissions for world.

Changing groupname of /u01/app/oraInventory to oinstall.

[root@oracle-rac01 lib64]# ls -lrt libcap.so.2

lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 14 3月 24 2013 libcap.so.2 -> libcap.so.2.16

[root@oracle-rac01 lib64]# ln -s libcap.so.2.16 libcap.so.1

再重新执行这个root.sh脚本

[root@oracle-rac01 lib64]# /u01/app/11.2.0/grid/root.sh
