IOException parsing XML document from ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/applicationContext.xml];

将spring项目转换为springMVC 项目时只配置了MVC

而忽略了spring的配置：<!-- needed for ContextLoaderListener --><context-param><param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name><param-value>classpath:applicationContext.xml</param-value></context-param><!-- Bootstraps the root web application context before servlet initialization --><listener><listener-class>org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener</listener-class></listener>其中的classpath路径为新的路径，spring默认会到WEB-INF/下找配置文件
