The Process Of PCI

The whole process of PCI(Product Care Item)

Before F2(before the MR development),we will have a CFC(Classify Feature Checkpoint) meeting.In this meeting,we will present our MR features to the PG and the PG will give many PCI choices to us.The our team will choice one.

When the MR development has been finished,we will start the task of PCI.First the scrum master will host an internal meeting about the PCI development,include:

– The detailed information of this PCI.

– The time plan of this PCI.

– Eveyone’s responsibility of this PCI.

– The goal of excenllent/good/need to be improved.

Then it is time to do the code development.In this period,the scrum master will create an official PCI branch for the code development and host some personal meetings to follow the schedule.For the developers,you need to do two things,one is the product code development,the other is the interface code development.

somethings about the code development:

– the product code development is to modify the internal code(RNH,UEH…).Before the operation of push,you should pass the BT,AT and MCT in your local repo.When you push it to the remote branch,the commit comment should follow the pattern like “[MR2812] xxx” or “[task] xxx”,and pass the jenkins,code review and GMAT with the remote branch.

– the interface code development means the code related to different XFT teams,so except for the process of the product code development,you also need to do extra coodinated delivers with some other team’s guys,and sometimes shuold modify some related tools(ucTool,…).

Then when code development has done and all the related tests passed,you can deliver the modification to the master.

At last the scrum master will host a summary meeting about this PCI.
