What life philosophy do l learn from the process of doing push-up(1)

it is said that the one who succeeds in quiting smoking will become fatter,i did not think so.but now i have to say it is true.it has been more than six months since i begun to quit smoking.but my weight raised by 10kg.it is terrible and incogitable if i do not do something now. you know the most healthy way to lose weight is to do exercise.after the deep consideration,i choose to do push-ups,why do i choose that? two reasons are as follows:
it does not take me so much time(i am very busy everyday)
push-up can really strengthen one’s body and is also a best way to lose weight.
my aim is to begin with 20 one day and do 20 more the next day finally up to 200 one day .i do not want to talk about how i reach to 200 one day. my point is to describe how i finsh 200 push-ups in one day.everyone knows it is a hard task to do 200 push-ups one day.i do finish it, how?
first,i divide the 200 into 2 parts,100 in the morning after washing face,another 100 in the evening before i go to bed.it seems my task reduces to 50%,exactly,it is true.however i am sorry that i still cannot make 100 once.so it is my second step.
second,take the 100 of the morning as a example,i repeat the strategy of dividing.i divide the 100 into 2 parts the second time,so 50,50,when i finish the first 50, i take a break for 5 minutes,then continue 50 left. so first 100 in morning has been finished,i use the same way to complete the evening task, 200 is done, it is perfect,is not it?
so it is very time that i focused on the 50, the following is the answer,it is very interesting.
i think it is very common for us to make a count in our heart like 1,2,3…… to end(for me 50) when we do the push-ups,but i find it is very difficult for me to finsh 50 if i make count from 1 to 50.i take another way to make count, when the count is up to 5,i tell myself that i have finshed 5 and i set the the count to 0 and i beging another 5,after 10, i tell myself i have finished the first 10,so 5+5=10 until 50; it becomes easy and interesting.
frankly speaking,i learn more from the process. but it is late , tomorrow may be a good choice to end this post about what i learn.
