apt-get install 报Failed to fetch http

source一个环境变量时，报please install libxml2-dev的错误，
但 apt-get install libxml2-dev时提示下面的错误 ：提示：
Failed to fetch http:// .....
-5 - No address associated with hostname
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
这个说是DNS没有配置好,按下面修改
vi /etc/resolv.conf
# Generated by NetworkManager
nameserver 202.96.134.133
nameserver 202.96.128.68
然后
apt-get update, 然后再 apt-get install libxml2-dev 问题解决。
但 apt-get install libxml2-dev时提示下面的错误 ：提示：
Failed to fetch http:// .....
