Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Time-out)

场景：测试项目新增功能，如果添加数据过多，页面无响应后台程序却没有中断，通过浏览器F12查看到错误信息：Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Time-out)网关超时查看nginx错误日志，也发现相关报错信息：upstream timed out (10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond) while reading response header from upstream

解决方案：打开nginx.conf配置文件，修改proxy_read_timeout对应的值(单位为秒)，解决504超时问题如果没有proxy_read_timeout则手动添加到location /{}里面重启nginx生效
