上传app到app store遇到 An error occurred uploading to the iTunes Store.（iTunes Store Operation Failed）的解决方法

出了这个问题很抓狂，
找遍了国内整个大百度都没有解决办法，后来在谷歌上找到的，全英文翻译为汉语，还是谷歌牛逼
在终端执行下面三条指令:
cd ~
mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/
"/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"
即可
详解如下：
发生在（2017年12月），
打开Terminal。转到主目录，
cd ~
移动当前的transporter目录，
mv .itmstransporter/ .old_itmstransporter/
调用以下文件以使Transporter更新自身。
"/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Applications/Application Loader.app/Contents/itms/bin/iTMSTransporter"
等到它更新，然后打开Xcode并尝试上传。
