步骤一、进入Console 接口配置。
[H3C]user-interface console 0
步骤二、把认证模式设置为密码认证并配置密码。
[H3C-line-console0]authentication-mode password
[H3C-line-console0]set authentication password simple password
步骤三、配置接口权限级别（0-15）。
[H3C-line-console0]user-role level-0
