Symptoms

 After upgrading to 12.1.0.2 or applying a PSU on 12.1.0.2 you get the following errors when you start/stop the database:

ORA-04098: trigger 'SYS.OLAPISTARTUPTRIGGER' is invalid and failed re-validation

ORA-04098: trigger 'SYS.OLAPISHUTDOWNTRIGGER' is invalid and failed re-validation

 

 The following objects are invalid:

Changes

 Upgrade to 12.1.0.2 or application of a PSU on 12.1.0.2.

Cause

 These four objects reference Olapi_History, which no longer exists.

Solution

Drop these objects:

SYS.OLAPISTARTUPTRIGGER
SYS.OLAPISHUTDOWNTRIGGER
SYS.DBMS_XSOQ
SYS.DBMS_XSOQ
