Installation error: INSTALL_FAILED_UPDATE_INCOMPATIBLE

运行安卓工程报如下错误

解决方法：打开终端，运行 
adb uninstall com.xxx.gpcommunitymanager       命令，其中com.xxx.gpcommunitymanager  是你工程包名（manifest中的包名）等终端提示

Success 之后，重新运行该项目，即可。
