win10下Unity打开无反应，任务管理器中却有进程

下面是我翻墙得到的结果
I had this issue in windows 10 and fixed it just a few hours ago. Here is what I did. Hope it helps. Run cmd as an admin and enter the following commands.
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
After that you may need to run the network connection trouble shooter (right-click on network icon in system tray and select troubleshoot) or reboot.
