issue: m603 生产的板子大概有1%会死机，换MX6可以正常，开始怀疑是mx6的问题，结果是供电不符合要求，mx6需要1.25v，给的电只有1.2v

插入含有4个audio 通道的DSPGUSB时，usb会不断reset。

reset位置：

drivers/hid/usbhid/hid-core.c

注掉这行可以正常使用这个usbaudio 设备

ipx300 插入有4个audio 通道的DSPGUSB时，出现kernel panel，

原因：重复注册switch_dev：

暂时的解决办法： 去掉sound/usb/card.c中关于switch_dev部分
