Write a program to check whether a given number is an ugly number.
Ugly numbers are positive numbers whose prime factors only include
For example,
not ugly since it includes another prime factor
Note that
解题思路,先对2整除将里面2的因子先去掉,然后再对3整除去除里面3的因子,再对5整除,最后不等于1就返回false
