给定一个排序数组arr[]和一个数x,求出x在arr[]中出现的次数。例子:

Input: arr[] = {1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3,},   x = 2
Output: 4 // x (or 2) occurs 4 times in arr[]

Input: arr[] = {1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3,},   x = 3
Output: 1

Input: arr[] = {1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3,},   x = 1
Output: 2

Input: arr[] = {1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2, 3,},   x = 4
Output: -1 // 4 doesn't occur in arr[]

解法:

用二分查找法找到x在arr[]里第一次出现的位置i。
用二分查找法找到x在arr[]里最后一次出现的位置j。
返回 j-i+1
