php导出EXCEL出现乱码的终极解决方法

php导出excel是web开发中非常常见的需求。但是无论你事新手还是老鸟，都可能会遇到乱码的问题，具体的原因无非就是：数据的编码，代码文件的编码，excel的编码和浏览器

的编码不一致的时候导致的。

别的我也不扯了，直接上代码。

简单解释一下，上面的两个header是生成excel头，filename可以自己设置，然后$str_h和$str_f是样式，注意$str_h中的charset设置要跟内容一致，$info则是你自己要显示的信息，具体怎么排版就看你自己的喜好了。
