/dev/sdxx is apparently in use by the system; will not make a filesystem here! 解决方法

在http://blog.csdn.net/tianlesoftware/article/details/8594958看到一种解决方法，但是不行!
我的方法如下：
先看环境：

[root@centos-fuwenchao data]# fdisk -l
Disk /dev/sda: 53.7 GB, 53687091200 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 6527 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes

没有看到/dev/sda3,以为是该分区上没有文件系统造成

[root@centos-fuwenchao ~]# mke2fs -t ext4 /dev/sda3
mke2fs 1.41.12 (17-May-2010)
/dev/sda3 is apparently in use by the system; will not make a filesystem here!

[root@centos-fuwenchao ~]# umount /dev/sda3
umount: /dev/sda3: not mounted
[root@centos-fuwenchao ~]# mkfs.ext4  /dev/sda3
mke2fs 1.41.12 (17-May-2010)
/dev/sda3 is apparently in use by the system; will not make a filesystem here!

想到系统在很久以前在该分区上做过一次DRBD

[root@centos-fuwenchao data]# service drbd stop
