下载几个SSH工具， PUTTYGEN，Pageant. http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html

用Puttygen 生成私钥和公钥。私钥保存在本地，公钥上传到SourceForge.net/account下面的SSH For CVS/Shell 里，最底下。注意私钥的密码最好填上，就是passphase部分，和SourceForge一样，省事

运行Pageant，选择本地的私钥文件，填密码。
