How to fix Rosetta stone error 2123 -- "This was an error in the application"

How to Fix?
- Go to the c:\ProgramData\Rosetta Stone\
- Open "tracking.db3" with notepad and delete all of the content and save it.
- Right click on it and choose properties then make it Read-only.
- Run Rosetta Program, So you got 5118 error (Fatal Application Error) then exit.
- Comeback to the path again and delete the "tracking.db3" file.
- Now Run Program and Enjoy.
