配置完Exchange 2010 DAG出现owa能登陆邮箱但无法发送，outlook则出现以下文章的错误

昨天在测试exchange 2010 DAG的时候所有的都按照常规安装好了，于是访问owa测试收发邮件，但始终无法发送成功，然后我想到：是不是客户端的问题！于是配置客户端outlook 2010，配置自动搜索，到第三部就无法登陆服务器了，提示如下错误信息：The action could not be completed. The connection to the Microsoft Exchange server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action！它的大概意思就是不能从域控上找到用户。那怎么办呢？于是我做了如下操作。

（1）测试用预控的主机名是否能够解析出exchange用户以便排除其它问题。在做的时候忘记截图了，但是用域控用户名则能正确解析出来，证明exchange 与DC本身没有问题，可能是exchange数据库的问题。根据微软的排除故障方法如下：

By default, if you enter the Mailbox Server name, the Outlook will attempt to contact the DSProxy component on the mailbox server. The DSProxy will refer the Outlook to contact a GC. Then, the Outlook Client will contact GC to check name. Therefore, I recommend you type the GC server name directly to check name. If it is able to resolve the issue, I believe the issue occurs when Outlook connects to Mailbox Server. If the issue still persists when tyep GC server name instead mailbox server, I believe the issue occurs when Outlook connects to GC to check name

If the issue occurs when logon mailbox after creating profile, I think the issue occurs when OUtlook Connects to Information Store service on the mailbox server.

（2）根据微软故障排除的方法，可能是exchange 数据库的问题了，然后重启两台DAG数据库邮箱服务器，用OWA访问，提示邮箱不可用，请过10秒再重新登录。这个很明显是用户名不能正确连接后台邮箱数据库！于是查看数据库服务是否正常，答案是：OK，然后再看数据库装入情况，看到是错误的，然后将根据邮箱分配的数据库，正常载入，再登陆OWA和测试outlook都没有问题了。

总结：这里没有截图，因为连续很久测试忘记截图了。总结如下。

（1）用预控计算机名在outlook里手动输入，看是否能够解析用户名，判断是否数据库问题。

（2）根据邮箱分配的数据库，看DAG数据服务器是否启动相关服务，然后查看数据库是否正常装入，因为以上错误是用户已经在DC上和exchange服务器上同步了，需要同后台数据库联系，但是无法登陆。所以需要看装入情况 ！

（3）自己关于一些可能涉及到的错误截图，主要是一些验证和接收的情况。（可能跟本错误无关，但是这个是正常接收的基本设置）
