1.下载驱动：

2.下载vSphere CLI

http://downloads.vmware.com/d/details/vcli41/ZHcqYmRoaCpiZCVodw==

3.使用vSphere CLI来安装驱动

vicfg-hostops.pl --server 10.1.1.11 --operation enter

vihostupdate.pl --server 10.1.1.11 --install --bundle INT-intel-lad-ddk-igb-2.1.10.2-offline_bundle-268793.zip

vicfg-hostops.pl --server 10.1.1.11 --operation reboot

vicfg-hostops.pl --server 10.1.1.11 --operation exit
