最近关于XBRL 业务规则处理器Business Rules Processors的讨论很热闹，也罗列了一些实现Formula的工具

最近Charles Hoffman在yahoo的xbrl-dev讨论组，开了个贴，讨论有关业务规则的问题。

问题的关键是：XBRL Formula对于一般的业务人员来说，过于复杂，如何定义一个有效的业务规则模型，简化Formula的定义。Charles Hoffman提出了一些常见模型，并使用Excel的VBA转换生成相应的Formula链接库文件。具有一定的效果。但是对于复杂一点的业务逻辑还是不能适应。
