使用RACI表:Responsible与Accountable的区别


1、RACI简介
RACI Chart(负责、批准、审核、知会表):RACI表是一个用于明确和规范团队各个工作相关责任人的工具。
R代表的是责任人;
A代表的是批准决策人;
C代表的是审核人;
I代表的是知会人。
通过RACI表,可以避免许多冲突,因为明确了责任人,信息就不会在流通时失真。

2、相关解释
Responsible—The role is the person or team responsible for the deliverables of this contract/service.

Accountable—Ultimate Decision Maker in terms of this contract/service

Consulted—The party that must be consulted before action is taken on this contract/service. This is two-way communication. These people have an impact on the decision or the execution of that decision.

Informed—The party that must be informed that a decision or action is being taken. This is a one-way communication. These people are affected by the decision or execution of that decision, but have no control over the action.

3、深入理解
RACI chart (who is Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) for each process. Accountable means ‘the buck stops here’—this is the person who provides direction and authorises an activity. Responsibility means the person who gets the task done.承担responsibility的人是一个具体的完成一个任务的人,承担accountability的人是一个更高层的责任人;承担accountability的责任人负责授权某些人承担responsibility并给予指导,承担responsibility的人要向承担accountablity的人report。(小知识---“the buck stops here”这里的意思是“我负责”,美国习语,源于美国杜鲁门总统;就是表明对待工作不推卸和转嫁责任)
譬如,King是Queen的老板,Queen是Jack的老板。有一项目需要在Queen 的团队完成,Queen交代Jack其中一项活动,那么Jack就对这个任务的直接责任人(responsible)。为完成任务Jack可能需要在原有的权力之外由Queen赋予额外的权力,故Queen还是对这个任务负有最终的责任(Accountable),如果没完成,Jack挨Queen的批评,Queen受King的批评。故把accountability译为批准。

4、管理升华
Responsible是描述某人清楚其职责标准,并能达到,Accountable在此基础之上,更表示某人在内心接受事情要达到的效果,即对成败负责。员工都Responsible,是尽职尽责;当员工Accountable时,是敬岗爱业的层次了。
