华为2台3928千兆电口对接trunk启不来

前几天在一个学校遇到一个问题,核心层交换用的是一台华为的6503交换机做核心转发,底下汇聚层用的是几台华为的3928交换机,每个教室部门以及机房都划分了不同的VLAN，当时配置的时候就遇到一个问题,教学楼A这边一台3928交换机的10/100/1000M电口跟教学楼B一台3928 10/100/1000交换机电口配置trunk接口都处于down状态。(2台交换级联通过5类双绞线)
A交换机电口配置：

A楼交换机上VLAN主要有VLAN1,11,12,15,16,20几个VLAN，B楼交换机上面只有一个VLAN16，后期可能还会增加部门划分VLAN。
B交换机相同的int g1/1/3接口配置如上。但是接口始终无法起来，导致B交换机VLAN16无法访问外网。speed 也改成100m duplex 也是改成auto自适应,最后看到B楼交换机只有一个VLAN16干脆把接口改成access接入模式,接口才up起来。
杯具至今我还没有找到为什么2个接口配置trunk的时候起不来？有人看到此文章请给我回复，大家共同学习交流。
