出现以上这样的问题，是由于你发布的应用程序，没有放在建立虚拟目录的根目录，比如你建立的虚拟目录为 folderRoot 而你把你要发布的应用程序放在 forderRoot 下的 forder 文件夹中就会出现以上问题，有两种办法可以解决此问题：
1. 将发布的应用程序直接放在虚拟目录。
2. 将要发布的应用程序中的 bin 文件夹剪切出来，放置到上一级目录就可以解决此问题。
