Get a first life in the second one

The second life is a 3-D virtual world inhabited by more than five million users, who are now beginnig to tackle the virtual world. Corporations also explore the potential of Second Life, where you can merge the real and virtual worlds, you will practise the whole process of recruitment. But now I will refer to something in real world.

In the recruitment marketing there are lots of job seekers, also plenty of positons, but, sometimes it 's hard to match each other. Corporations are looking for candidates who are cutting-edge, innovation, talent......, on the other side, the candidates who have capabily apt to the corporation which can provide a large stage where they can develop themselves. Though they are perfectly match, how can they meet each other.

Corporations should establish their own features, not only by advertisement, also should get benefit from the feed-back of recruitment. Recruitment is not only for increasing the number of applicants for job, Corporations also should seize the opportunity to raise their awareness .Sometimes you can find a venue where have auditorium and information stands to give visitors videos and slide shows. And you can also ultilize internet, something like forum, blog...

Compared with networking , face to face interaction will give you much information , where you can read the candidates' face. For the candidates, they can also taste whether they like the atmosphere of the company . of course all of this will be the last step of recruitment.

Never try to fool a company or a candidate. Compared to the tricky , the pure-hearted are much popular, you may not know somethings , you may not promise somethings ,but never try to slide over. What we need is frankness.
