关于dotnetnuke中smtp设置的问题

我使用的是网易信箱，如果你自己设置了电子邮件服务器也可以使用，比如webeasymail，但是有的电子邮件服务器，防垃圾邮件设置比较严格，比如新浪，他不会接受私设的电子邮件服务器发来的电子邮件，关于新浪具体的不太清楚，可能她会根据ip地址反查一下域名，如果不匹配就不接受，所以如果有部分用户不能收到信件的时候，可以考虑这个原因

经过仔细测试发现，下面这种情况，并不访问smtp服务器，可能是bug
