      One day, a problem was very difficult to fix, I processed in a lower speed. A client asked to my leader: please send me an expert! My leader said: this is our best expert. Then the client didn’t say anything anymore and think highly of me ever since then, and every time she is very cooperative with my work. So sometimes a leader’s way of work is very important for his soldier. A tolerance is a good virtue of a person, however, sometimes unprincipled tolerance is not good for the soldier’s work. I have done a maintenance work for a firm for many years, recently my head of work said this firm changed person in charge of the work, and this person I don’t like him socially so maybe I will be changed not to do this work again. What a thing! It doesn’t get along with my work. I don’t like him just because I think that this man is not a man of responsibility. For example, he let us do a fixing work, then after that when we asked his leader for fee his leader didn’t accept the fee and said he didn’t know the thing, that time this man should stand ahead to prove it, but he didn’t do it at all, many times of that thing. So when he asked me do something I would let him to ask his leader’s agreement, then I do the work. I don’t think there is any fault on my way. But my head of work don’t think so. Now I miss my previous head very much.
