.NET Framework 4.0 安装错误:0x80070643 解决办法

最近安装.NET Framework4.0 老是错误,在网上找各种办法都不成功,

后来认真的看了错误报告:

Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x80070643), "安装时发生严重错误 " (Elapsed time: 0 00:02:50).

发现了问题所在,注册表\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\Security\无法写入,然后发现注册表没有写入权限,修改了下权限发现竟然安装成功了
