随着电子技术发展,各种应用于航模控制的无线电设备也开始普及。遥控设备也经历了翻天覆地的变化,从重量上越来越轻,速度上越来越快,功耗越来越低,调制模式经历了AM、PPM、PCM、等。可靠性越来越高,使用频率越来越高,便利性能越来越好。这就对我们模型技术设计者提出了要求,我们必须并且有义务提升国内模型的技术含量,本文主要研究当前世界模型技术,并设计一种新型技术的——2.4GHz
DSSS控制系统,以希望弥补国内的技术空白。本论文详尽叙述了无线遥控系统的设计方案,软硬件系统的主要组成,然后对各模块的设计框图和功能加以说明。在本论文中,首先对系统的整体方案进行介绍,然后对扩频通信技术进行较深刻的说明,同时比较分析跳频扩频和直接序列扩频这两种扩频方式的优缺点后,选择了以直接序列扩频来实现本文所设计的2.4G遥控系统。硬件方面,在Protel99开发平台下完成了电路原理图设计和印制电路板版图的设计,以MEGA 8为主控处理器和CYRF6936为射频芯片,并对印制电路板的电磁兼容、射频电路的布局、天线系统加以实践上的改进。软件方面,在CVAVR开发平台下,完成了CYRF6936的SPI驱动程序与应用程序、串口通信协议程序和无线通信协议程序的编写,最后完成整个产品的开发和试制。实践证明,该系统性能可靠,抗干扰性强,具有极高的性价比,本套系统面世以后在欧美以及日本市场的到了良好的反馈,取得了非常不错的市场占有率

design, the main form of the soft hardware and then described for the each module design block diagram and functions. In this thesis, the first thing is introduce to the overall scheme of the system, then profound study the expand spectrum of communications
technology, simultaneity comparative analysis frequent hopping and direct sequence both expand spectrum of merits and faults. By the end, DSSS has been chosen in this 2.4GHz remote control system. For the hardware, under the development of the platform Protel99,
I have completed drawing the circuit design and printed circuit board design, and I use MEGA8 as the master control processor and CYRF6936 as RF IC. I also improve the printed circuit board’s electromagnetic compatibility, the arrangement of the radio frequency
circuit and the aerial system. By the software side, under the development of the CVAVR platform, I have finished the SPI of drivers and application as well as the serial communication protocol and wireless communications protocol program written of the CYTF6936.
In the end, I complete the development and manufacture of the whole product. Practice has proved this system has reliability, strong anti-interfere and high performance-price ratio. This system is available later in Europe and USA and Japanese market to get
a good feedback, and made a very good market share.
