Maven 国内镜像很慢解决的方法

项目中使用maven进行jar包的管理，在下载国外的jar包时，经常很慢。有时100KB的文件要下载10几分钟。国外的主要下载地址为：maven官网和apache仓库。

使用aliyun的仓库很快。

使用方法：修改settings.xml中的镜像地址。
