The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock

从SVN上update代码之后，报错如下：

error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

解决办法如下：

1、先关闭你的工程，然后进入你工程根目录下

2、rm -rf Pods

3、(Optional) rm -rf YourProject.xcworkspace

4、rm -rf Podfile.lock

5、pod install 

再重新打开你的工程即可
