第一段的写法：引入(第一句)-引起关注(第二句)

第二段的写法(6句)：反驳相反观点(第一句)、提出本文观点(第二句)、引起人们关注(第三句)-展开(第四五句、举例/分角度)-总结(第六句)

       The idea that a person can achieve personal success only with the individual efforts and hardworking oversimplifies.The effect of teamwork also matters,especially
in this ever changing modern society. These days,the topic has captured wide media attention,occupying newspaper headline and sparking heated discussion on web.Take Jack

第三段的写法：再次确认观点(第一句)、展望未来(第二句)

       From my own perspective,teamwork is the steel(钢铁) that forges the supporting structure of the society,and the society can not grow steady,if this invaluable asset
is ever neglected in any possible manner.At the end of the day,anyone who aspires to embrace the glorious future must fully realize the importance of the quality.
