配置SpringMVC的过程中，web.xml报错：
原因：
Eclipse 认为 XML 是“Spring Web Definition File”
解决方法：
在Spring Explorer中找到报错web.xml所属项目。
右键，选择properties。
选择Web Flow Support ， 移除XML 。
Start state is missing. Add at least one state to the flow.
