Elasticsearch 5.0 —— Head插件部署指南 的补充

原理是独自运行一个程序，提供以前head插件提供的功能。所以ES中不必再安装head插件，取而代之的是head的代码（JS）独立运行在外部，包括其他非ES的服务器上。

所以需要安装node，运行命令npm install是安装所有node js的依赖包，这个过程比较慢，需要连接到互联网上，可能会报错，但是warning可以忽略。最下面是我的安装打印记录。

一般linux上都有git，所以直接用git下载head的源代码。

node是从官方下载的。

关于grunt，在npm install后会在所在目录中新建node_modules目录并放入所有依赖包。我们使用的grunt位于node_modules/grunt/bin/中。

启动服务器即在head目录中运行grunt server。注意需要设置环境变量：
