MySQL reload权限

MySQL reload权限：
reload 是 administrative 级的权限，即 server administration；这类权限包括：
   CREATE USER, PROCESS, RELOAD, REPLICATION CLIENT, REPLICATION SLAVE, SHOW DATABASES, SHUTDOWN, SUPER
这类权限的授权不是针对某个数据库的，因此须使用on *.* 来进行：


C:\Users\Igor>mysql -ufiletest -p
Enter password: ******
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 7
Server version: 5.7.11-log MySQL Community Server (GPL)

##root登陆授权：
mysql> grant reload on *.* to 'filetest'@'localhost';
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.06 sec)


##再次flush table成功
C:\Users\Igor>mysql -ufiletest -p
