CardView,android代码设置颜色没效果，解决

属性名	用法	参数
cardBackgroundColor	设置背景颜色	比如 #FFff6941
cardElevation	设置z阴影，如果你不设置默认会有阴影	在这我设置为0，我不需要阴影
cardCornerRadius	设置圆角半径	我这边给的 7dp 根据你项目需要
contentPadding	设置内容padding	比如 5dp
contentPaddingLeft	设置左边padding	还有其他几个自己试试吧
cardMaxElevation	设置z轴最大高度值

在这我之前用android 代码去设置CardView的背景颜色，

我是这么玩的导致设置没效果

status_cardview.setCardBackgroundColor(R.color.gray18);

之后这么玩就好了

status_cardview.setCardBackgroundColor(getResources().getColor(R.color.gray18))
