Ceph部署时提示：/etc/init.d/ceph: line 15: /lib/lsb/init-functions: No such file or directory

Ceph部署时，执行ceph-deploy mon create-initial时，提示：

[ceph-mon][INFO  ] Running command: /usr/sbin/service ceph -c /etc/ceph/ceph.conf start mon.ceph-mon

[ceph-mon][WARNIN] /etc/init.d/ceph: line 15: /lib/lsb/init-functions: No such file or directory

[ceph-mon][ERROR ] RuntimeError: command returned non-zero exit status: 1

[ceph_deploy.mon][ERROR ] Failed to execute command: /usr/sbin/service ceph -c /etc/ceph/ceph.conf start mon.ceph-mon

[ceph_deploy][ERROR ] GenericError: Failed to create 1 monitors

手动去节点执行该命令，依旧报错，提示缺少/lib/lsb/init-functions

解决方法：

yum install redhat-lsb
