解决方案：

root@ony-an:/opt/devstack# ps aux | grep apt

root 14562 0.0 0.0 10460 936 pts/4 R+ 07:12 0:00 grep --color=auto apt

[14]+ Killed apt-get upgrade

root@ony-an:/opt/devstack# kill -9 14562

-bash: kill: (14562) - No such process

root@ony-an:/opt/devstack# sudo rm /var/lib/apt/lists/lock

root@ony-an:/opt/devstack# sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
