症状：

After installing Director server on Windows 2008 Server R2, the Windows service fails to start Director web.

The Director URL is not accessible at the default URL:

http://<director server host>:7001/acon/

But the WebLogic console is accessible at URL:

http://<director server host>:7001/console/

原因：

The domain.log from <director install>\domain\servers\<hostname>\logs\ shows an error attempting to deploy the Director web page:

Caused By: java.io.FileNotFoundException: E:\Program Files (x86)\GG_Directorgg-director\domain\config\config.xml (Access is denied)

解决方案：

It may be a permissions issue with the Windows service. Check if Director web does start successfully by double-clicking <director server install>\domain\startWebLogic.cmd.

We have also had customers report a conflict in the Windows service with MS Internet Information Services (IIS) services.

After uninstalling the IIS Services from Windows Server 2008 R2, the Director server Windows service ran fine.
