结转时数据进一步修正

由于GSP认证将品种 E500527 复方磷酸***溶液(II)屏蔽导致没有将报损的明细结转至月末结转数据中特将手动调整后台数据。
此次修改主要是改掉hwsp与spkfjc的结转数据
