关于vs2013 mysql Ef框架中提示版本不兼容问题的解决办法

在web.config中 加入红色部分.  name="你引用dll的名字"

publicKeyToken="你现dll的唯一token";
哎,百度了好多就是不开窍.
还有说加一个app.config的试了多少次都不行.
