【Android学习笔记】This tag and its children can be replaced by one <TextView/> and a compound drawable

今天想实现一个图片在左文字在右的布局，于是用LinearLayout包裹了一个ImageView和一个TextView，结果Eclipse给出了“This tag and its children can be replaced by one <TextView/> and a compound drawable”这样的警告，代码如下：

<LinearLayout
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:layout_centerInParent="true" >

<ImageView
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:background="@drawable/widget_control_search_hover"
android:contentDescription="@string/content_description" />

<TextView
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:text="@string/search" />
</LinearLayout>

查阅了幻影浪子的博客后发现，原来可以直接给TextView加图片，通过setCompoundDrawable()方法，或者直接在xml中使用android:drawableLeft、android:drawableRight等属性指定，优化后代码如下：

<TextView
android:layout_width="wrap_content"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
android:layout_centerInParent="true"
android:drawableLeft="@drawable/widget_control_search_hover"
android:text="@string/search" />
