Changes between Patch Sets

Please be aware that any given Patch Set can have slightly different structure sizes compared to your current installation and can include optimizer changes. Hence is it advisable to review any parameter settings which are close to their limit and check execution
plans and resource usage of any critical SQL.

Composite Patches

11.2.0.4 supports Composite Patches . This patching method can reduce the need to obtain replacement overlay patches when a new Patch Set Update is installed. Please seeNote:1376691.1 for
details of composite patches.
