安装 Atom Package 时出错：
Request for package information failed: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=140333555947392:error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol:../deps/openssl/openssl/ssl/s23_clnt.c:795:
(5 attempts) (ECONNRESET)
解决方案：http代理设置有问题。更正http代理即可。
例如，我设置成：
https-proxy=http://172.34.5.80:8080
strict-ssl=false
