Cannot remote debug IIS — w3wp.exe is grayed out

今天对Host在IIS上的web站点进行debug，发现w3wp.exe灰掉了，没法debug, 我尝试了好多方法，
1) iisreset /restart ,重启IIS Admin Service 均无效
2）aspnet_regiis -i 重新安装.NET 4, 无效
这个问题我第一次碰到，突然想起之前我装了一个工具Debug diagnostic tool, 打开它并detach w3wp.exe, it's done.
