Wix安装程序中判断是否安装的.netframwork4.5

.NET FRAMEWORK校验需要引用WixNetFxExtension.dll，该DLL的路径在C:\Program Files (x86)\WiX Toolset v3.7\bin\WixNetFxExtension.dll，具体的路径与实际的安装环境有关。如果未引用编译将会出错。
