最近我在SharePoint2010提供User Profile Service时遇到这个问题。

因为某些原因，你在提供User Profile Service Application时User Profile Synchronization Service卡在“启动中”状态，在管理中心不能被停止。这个问题非常常见，我听说过有人重建SharePoint Server来修复这个问题。但是从我的经验来看，真的不必要。

首先停止User Profile Synchronization Service你需要运行Management Shell命令。

打开SharePoint服务器上的Management Shell输入以下命令：

Get-spserviceinstance

这会在你的服务器上列出所有的服务，伴随着相关GUID。复制User Profile Synchronization Service的GUID。

然后运行下列命令停止User Profile Synchronization Service。

Stop-spserviceinstance <GUID>

现在回到管理中心--应用管理--管理服务应用程序，并删除User Profile Service Application。

重启你的服务器，并建立重建User Profile Service Application。
