ArcGIS Server10.1创建新站点失败，常见问题解决方法（WIN8.1 64位）

今天安装了ArcGIS Server10.1，在创建新站点时，几乎把谷歌能搜到问题都遇到了，还有搜不到的问题。。。。折腾了半天，终于把问题全部解决了，现把我出现的问题和解决方案贴出来：

一：Failed to create the site.null

解决方法：重启计算机就ok了。。。

二：Failed to create the site. Failed to create the folder 'System'. Failed to clear REST cache on one or more server machines. Please check the log for
more details.

解决方法：这是你计算机名中有“-”，去掉之后重启就行了

二：Failed to configure the server machine 'XXX'. Server machine 'XXX' is not a local server machine.

解决方法：这个可能是你更改计算机名所致。

找的下面两个文件（不一定是D盘，是你的安装路径）
D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\etc\machine-config.xml
D:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\geronimo\var\config\config-substitutions.properties
改成txt格式，将里面的计算机名改成你现在的计算机名（config里面有一处，config-substitutions三处），当然别忘了改回原来格式啊

四：Failed to create the site.Admin URL 'http://XXX:6080/arcgis/admin' is not reachable.(这个问题当时真没搜到)

解决方法：打开D:\arcgisserver\config-store\machines文件夹（不一定是D盘，是你的安装路径）

将里面的文件全部删除就OK了
