Android 判断、创建和删除快捷方式

1、声明权限：
在AndroidManifest.xml 文件中声明 创建和删除快捷方式时声明权限

注：由于MOTO的部分机型还要加上以下权限，下面的两个也要加上去

2、判断是否有快捷方式

3、创建快捷方式

4、删除快捷方式：

备注：

如果按照上述方法创建快捷方式的话，在进入程序以后点击HOME键，然后点击快捷方式以后，又重新启动了程序，进入欢迎界面。

解决方法：

在创建快捷方式的时候添加以下代码:
