IGlobeLayerProperties 接口
Provides access to members that manipulate the globe layer properties. Note: the IGlobeLayerProperties interface has been superseded byIGlobeLayerProperties4.Please consider using the more recent version.（提供对操作GlobeLayer属性成员的访问。）
Description
Use the IGlobeLayerProperties interface to manage the 3D properties of an individual data layer in the globe.（使用该接口可以管理Globe对象里大哥数据图层的3D属性）

开发中常用到的是图层缓存、图层可见范围、3D符号是否随距离变化等。属性方法如下表：
